Jeff, I run an empty cycle through my washing machine and then I put the socks in and wash them 2 times. Set them out to dry and thats it. No bleach or anything needed.

NSW levels are 6-8 dKH. The more your SPS grow and the larger the alk demand the more you will have to dose. Thats why many start off with 2 part and then move to a Ca Rx after there sps take off...
