Everything I've read and from the experiences of fellow hobbyists it seems to either have a group of at least 4 or just one male. Of course, your experience may vary, but that's just the norm. Any...

What do people think about Colochirus robustus?...

What do people think about Colochirus robustus? They only get to a max of 2". I wouldn't think they'd be able to take out a tank like this, but I won't risk it if they could. This would be in a 300...

I have to agree, first off I think keeping two tangs in a tank your size would be the limit and adding two additional Zebrasoma tangs to a 125 with an established Purple tang is a recipe for...

Yes, they live in Pocillopora. Like most clown gobies, they tend to eat free floating micro-organisms and do supplement their diet with coral polyps, though it shouldn't do a large amount of damage....

I think that it's a myth brought on by how they are kept. In large, well established tanks, I've seen groups last years. However, in smaller tanks they do get aggressive as they get older (it is in...

I've heard that they are less aggressive than other members of the genus (such as the six and four line wrasses), but when they do get to be large they are very capable of eating small shrimp, it'll...

You should not house different dottyback species in the same tank, especially in a tank as small as a 75g. They are generally very agressive to newly added fish of same shape/color. Captive bred ones...

Also, which T5 bulbs would you recommend if you recommend that 4x54watt fixture? There seem to be quite a few actinic choices. I currently use the Current USA 7100K Blue Power Compact bulbs.
