Exclamation feather duster popped own feathers off!!!!

the feather duster i have in my tank was out like normal and all of a sudden a nassarius snail just went up to it and the snail tugged on the feathers and they just came right off.

well the slime is on the sand bed and its on the glass and i tried scraping it off but it takes a while to get it off
i have the chemi clean but i haven't used it.

ive had this little patch of green slime for a while and when i move the mag float by it its all stiff and wont move.
its on the sand bed?
what is it?

Question black clown mating with false perc

what are the chances of a false black perc pairing up with a false perc?
they will be the only fish in a 20 gallon. do i have to get them at the same time or at different times?:confused:
