I got a PFO ballist and 4 110watt URI bulbs 2 attinics and 2 10k's is is good enough for SPS corals or should I get another 10k and have 1 attinic?

Will no be a problem if you are not going to do a reef tank. If you want to do a Reef tank anytime soon I would suggest getting rid of them. They have a tendency of causing nitrate problem.
