I have a Rena Cal - Top Light. I know the Jager and won's are good, but the Rena Cal has nice thick glass, is short, and has nicely visible lights. Works for me and available at petsmart.

One other thing Penny, the chromis thing really angers me. The LFS's all tell people to start with the green chromis because they are cheap and supposedly hardy. I don't agree with that assertion.

Trace elements usually don't hurt but go easy. IMO at this point the marine snow could create a nutruent issue, if you use it, go slow.
Any chance you got copper or any other medication in there...
