This was the first time that I ever order from Premium Aquatics.
The first experience that I had with them was a good one.
I ordered a Schuran and it had issues. Parts was leaky, etc etc....

I understand that, but if you are using old media...
I understand that, but if you are using old media and running water through the chamber, the media that was once dissolved could be leaking in cal/alk in your tank.

schuran is great and i like it so far. alk and cal will be maintained, but ph may fluctuate
ph monitoring is necessary to a certain extent.

Hm, a few of my colonies are not showing any polyp extensions. When I look at the colonies, the branches seem to be empty with no sign of any polyps ever being there.
Is that good or bad?
