that is a lot of fish to have in a 12 gallon. check your water quality and check your amonia levels. and get a larger aquarium. you should have 1 inch of fish per gallon

this is normal for clowns to be aggresive .MAKE SURE THEY ARE COMPATIBLE. if they are compatible they will be fine.

i sure hope they are not eggs because healthy clown eggs would be orange and quite large. also the male clown will fan them with is tail to sort out bad eggs. clowns lay their eggs on hard flat...
