A lot of the really cheap players that you can buy will play multiregion - look at some of the LGs for example. they arent constrained by the same monopolising nonsense that the big names are.

personally i think it looks daft having a small tattoo like that floating on your arm - it should be large enough and designed in a way to fit in with the natural lines of your arm, scaling that one...

instead why not drill on the side or back of the tank , lower the water level enough that its below where...
