Typical is 1280. Reef aquaria recommendations is 1250 to 1350. Anywhere in this range is just fine.

Most folks run 7 to 10 hours. I would acclimate slowly as mentioned. That is a lot of light. Don't want to shock or otherwise harm your corals.
