i like it overall,i recommend that it be cut as...
i like it overall,i recommend that it be cut as close as possible to the tanks inner dimensions.only thing i would have done different is to silicone the edges so detritus doesnt get under it.

use something sharp to score the cap,make several passes until it is scored deep,then break the piece right off at the score line.once you frag it send the frag my way :)

what kind of lighting and do you plan on waveboxes?if you want this tank for sps i wouldnt even consider 1/2" for the sides.i would go 3/4".as for the base i wouldnt go 1/4" just because i dont like...
