Hello

I believe my orange shoulder has a vitamin deficiency and he's not doing all that great.
What is the best way to give him vitamins, mostly vitamin B's?
I've tried to soak his frozen foods...

I saw some air dried nori at a local chinese grocery store.
My tangs don't really like the grocery store bought nori, they seem to prefer Ocean Nutrition seaweed.

Now she nips on zoos occasionally.
