I've been feeding my O. s. live crawdads once a week, and krill whenever hes out and about. is this the best to feed, what else could i try. Its a 6-7 in male ive had him for almost 3 months

Ro replacement cartridges

I've got a Cyrstal clear 100 gpd ro system, wheres the best place to get a sediment filter and carbon block. What brands are the best too. Not looking for cheapest, but best bang for buck
