I tried to post this morning. It seems that I'm quite computer handicapped! I bought a "Mar-cula" clown from a LFS, the name and the owner suggest that it is a cross between a Maroon and a Percula....

When you blend it put you blender on grind or chop instead of bend and pulse it and make sure that the shrimp or scallops are frozen or mostly frozen then you can keep it in chunks.
