I beleive yellow watchman goby is Cryptocentrus...
I beleive yellow watchman goby is Cryptocentrus cinctus. They form a relationship with some pistol shrimps.

They look like clownfish eggs/fry to me. I think the reason why they don't have much orange is because they're older and have used up some of the yolk.
If they're eggs, congrats!

The body patterns are very similar to Alpheus armatus, but I'm pretty sure it's not armatus because of the different coloring. I think you're right about it being associated with an anemone because...

A lawnmower blenny or other blennies would do a good job. Dwarf Angelfishes also eat algae, but are reef-risky.
