I've had a dragon wrasse and a red tailed tamarin for quite some time now and they get along fine. I've had other wrasses in with them for a while and no probs there either.

Borrow or buy a fish trap. They work very well with wrasses because as Marty mentioned they are aggresive eaters. So if you bait the trap well will they will go in. I know this from experience...
