You can make the overflow box yourself, if you use acrylic then use 1/4 and thicker anything less it will bow out. Choose your bulkhead and bulkhead size first so you can make sure of your hole size...

I would use a smaller pump like a maxi jet maybe a 1200 possibly smaller...... it should be enough to push a ok stream into the 10 gal.

I agree with o2bnh20 you can buy a 30 or 40 gal ...

I agree with o2bnh20 you can buy a 30 or 40 gal drill your own holes and add bulkheads for lots less. Also you can make your own refuge inside the sump our use a 10 gal or 20gal for this as well...
