Is any part of the mouth torn, or the foot? Ususally these are the most deadly types of injuries, if it can't grab hold of substrate or open/close it's mouth to eat, then there's a problem.

Best thing to do is let it dislodge itsele. If it's a healthy specimen, then recovery might be possible, albeit slow.
Keep an eye on it and keep us posted.
