ill take the orange digi and blue tort if available
I don't really want the Kenya tree but would like the polyps. If I have to take both, I will. Aren't those Grandis polyps?
Puffer - I have another rock with just polyps on it.. I will take a picture tomorrow and post it but they are the same type.
3 and 4 are both hammers ... sorry just figured I'd chime that in;)
Madadi - You got it..
Mojo - Thanks..
9 looks like a hydno.
I was thinking the same thing.
#9 is a Pavona, give it plenty of room, strong sting to other corals.
hynophora, most likely h.exesa or possibly a small h.rigida...pavona does not have such a dense skeleton or meaty polyps. both have very strong stings and kill most sps that they touch.
Efrain, is that the piece I gave you? It's a Pavona, here's the piece before he got it and a pic of my colony.

Sully - Mine looks to be a lot smaller.. But its been awhile since I got this piece and I don't really remember where I got it from..
I'm pretty sure you got it from me and it is a Pavona.
The 1st pic is my colony, the 2nd the frag. It's one of those gray area sps, acts like an lps but classified as sps. It sends sweepers, so it needs to have room around it. It reminds me of grn shag carpet |
I wish I knew you were selling the blue tort and orange digi --- i would've swooped those two up.
1. Mushroom Rock - Pending
4. Larger Hammer - Pending 5. Blue Tort - Pending 6. Orange Digi - Pending |
I could do #1 and #4, if yoy are not too far. Where r u located?

#10 appears to be a colt AKA Cladiella
6 is a montipora but likely not a digitata |
Thanks Rod..
Told ya! :p I was trying to get a good pic of mine but I couldn't get a clear shot. Very stinging coral!
Thanks for the Grandis polyps. They are still about 1/2 way closed. I hope they color up well in my tank. Not too many folks like them but I'm odd like that. I like snake polyps too... |
Payday Bump..

Rod, you're free to call it what you want but it's a Pavona Decussata, not hydnopora.

sully the corals previously posted and that in your link are not the same. the image efrain posted clearly shows the hydnophore cones indicative of hydnophoras, the corals in this thread are hydnophora exesa. besides the hydnophores, the polyps are considerably larger and meatier, and skeleton is much more dense than P.decussata.
