Dogface Puffer question
 

I have a dog face puffer, about 6-7 inches big and on his bottom in front of his bottom fin is buldging kinda like shes pregent or something.
She eats fine no apperent fighting marks shes housed with a panther grouper and a rectangular trigger and both dont seem to mess with her except for the trigger but thats only "swim byes" as I call it no nipping. Can she be pergent? What kind of babies do they have? just got her about 2 weeks ago and wasnt like this seems fine like I said moves around very nosey like a puffer.
Any help would be cool

Hiya Rockdiver...I've had my Dog-faced puffer for over a year now, about the same size as yours. He gets that same bulge in the front too, usually after a good meal of shrimp or clam:D Never seems to bug him, always been there. HTH
