Hey all New member here

Hello Reef Central.com Community!
For a long time iv been interested in aquariums, for quite a strech of time i wanted to be a marine biologist. Currently I am a student of mathimatics and electric engineering at the University of Hartford in CT. I have an apartment with plenty of room so I decided hey, why not get a fish tank!

I came across a 29 gallon long with a stand recently, not bad. I have never done anything salt-water before. But i love a good challenge. I suppose a 29 gallon is still classified as Nano but hmm I am here to learn and I am hoping to give it a try! I would very much fancy trying to launch a reef aquarium in my 29 gallon.

anyways, I am hoping to contribuite to the forms and hope to get alot out of it aswell. :)

See you all around:
Kelth

I have found The Conscientious Marine Aquarist by to be a good beginners book that I keep going back to. I encourage you to do a lot of reading, make an initial plan for your tank, and have a good idea of how you will care for your tank when you are out of town for more than a few days. Welcome, good luck, and enjoy?

I have a 29gal and enjoy it quite a bit, a bit smaller than I want, but If I had my way I would have a 300gal...
