Need help with return pump problem..

Ok so here is my problem. I want to get a bigger pump for my 90 that is going up in 2 weeks. However i do not want to have to get my sump drilled but want to use and external pump. Does anyone know how I can run an external pump without drilling sump? I know some people have done it but how...also pics or drawing would help..thanks!

When I had my mag pump running externally i had a pipe going from my sump (up over side, not drilled) to the pump, then another pipe going from the pump to the tank. It depends on the type of pump you get, but I know the mags have a threaded input and output, making it really easy.

I was thinking about doing this two (drilling the sump though)
Whats the advantages to having a external pump?

If you want to use an external pump, do it right and drill the sump. Its not hard to do. If not, there are many good quality submersibles as well.
