Coralife Pendant Retractable Thing
 

I'm working on a new tank and I want a suspended canopy. I would like very much if it could easily go up and down without much of a hassle, and I was thinking that the cable/mounting system for a coralife pendant would work perfectly! I have not the slightest idea what the proper name for these are, nor do I have any idea where to find them. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Ok, how about something else that would work?

You want to lift a full canopy made from wood or just a pendant.

It'll be more of a box with 12" sides. Here's a really bad drawing of what I'm planning on doing:

Basically it's going to be something that I mount my MH to but looks halfway decent ;)
