I don't understand people who have just "salad" for dinner. That is until I tried the Ying Yang salad at Dos Coyote's. YUMMY!!!

Great post guys! Now I have to see if any of these restaurants have coupon in the Entertainment Book. :D

Minh,
It's only a "salad" until you eat half of it then roll it up into a burrito!-) you know how big I am and this "salad is enough for 2!-) the ying yang is great too!-)

I like the oregon blue or the chop chop salad at 33rd st Bistro. Hmmm, I might have to stop on the way home from the office.

pbetito 01/03/2008 08:24 PM

The Yucatan is fantastic... The dressing is what makes it so amazing.

I'll throw the oriental buffet into the mix too, not sure how anything other than the crab legs taste I usually just fill up on those.;) hot butter and crab, yummy!-) You should see how fast I can shuck some crab, I have it down to a science, I crack'em for our whole table!-)

Yeah that dressng is bomb

jimdogg187 01/03/2008 09:39 PM

Davey, you gotta check out Nation Wide. They have been making burgers in Sac for like 20 or 30 years.

Get the french ground steak burger with cheese (add bacon if you're a true soldier). You will NOT regret it.

sagitariuscbc 01/03/2008 09:54 PM

I could drink the tomatillo salsa at dos coyote's!-)

kdblove_99 01/03/2008 11:00 PM

Ermesto's is good too. They're only a few blocks from my office.

For Mex:

3 Sisters on Folsom is really good.

Xochimilco (sic) on College Oak is good too.

Marko9 01/04/2008 01:27 PM

I also frequent Juan in a million and taco loco for my spicy needs.

kdblove_99 01/04/2008 01:32 PM

if you want Mexican food you cannot beat la fiesta on greenback and sunrise and Adalbertos, Now thats mexican!

Pico1 01/04/2008 07:15 PM

haven't logged in in a few days and just realised what I started. :) I guess we all have a lot of new places to try. It's amazing how many hidden treasures we have here in sacramento.

beerguy 01/04/2008 07:16 PM

I'm looking forward to trying Suzie Burger on 29th. They just opened yesterday.

Never visit a restaurant 2 days after they open and expect perfection. I'm waiting a few weeks.

sagitariuscbc 01/05/2008 08:28 PM

That's where we are different doug. I've been there and done that many times over. My expectations were low. I've been in the industry my whole working life. Go see for yourself when ever you want. Trust me I know better!-) I can change my menu every day and set up a kitchen in a closet. even the manager knew it was best to close the doors and turn people away. Hotdogs cheesesteak and burgers really not to difficult of a thing to do. Just my honest opinion!-)
Good luck!-)
