Duel 400w MH ballast F/S or trade

Complete brand new never out of the box Duel 400w MH ballast kit.
Got this from a friend in the electronics biz and just never had a big enough tank to use it. It is a magnectic ballast in perfect brand new condition. It can be wired for 120 or 240v

I have a pair of PFO 250W HQI mini reflector. Its a little dingged up and the glass shield could use a good cleaning. Otherwise it is still a good reflector. LMK if you are interested.
