light green

Ok so my 60 gal tank is up and running for 5 weeks now
and i see a light lime green (I think algea) is forming on my live rock is this good or bad ???

It's fine, just one of the many stages of a tank maturing. Albeit a very early stage of it maturing. it'll eventually be replaced with other algae and coraline. My white dry base rock all turned lime green for awhile, now it's just as good as everything else in the tank.
