It has the upgraded 175wt electronic ballasts(+$60x3), the second fan(+$30), 10K MH bulbs(+$30x3), actinic pc's.
The bulbs were used for 8 mths.
If you take the bulbs replacement cost out (about $200 with shipping) it will still be a good buy. Perfer to keep locally. Buyer pays shipping.
