Hi,

I'm going all natural with a refugium only. I've got a LifeReef VS2-24 with mag9.5 pump, all plumbed for in-sump use. Here is a link http://lifereef.com/retail.html#vs2series . LifeReef is known for having great one-on-one support with the owner/builder Jeff, who is easily contactable. It says it's rated for a 250g tank. It's got a maintenance-free self-cleaning venturi. It will come with all plumbing to make it in-sump, and can easily be modified to be external as well. I'm not sure as to whether the Mag9.5 is able to run externally. I've had the skimmer for 5 months, and it's pulled out nothing but thick black/brown skimmate for that time. It's been working beautifully on my medium stocked SPS 120g reef.

New it sells for $359 + the cost of a pump ($40 for the one they suggest, which is lower GPH than the mag and doesn't include plumbing)

I'm looking to sell it for $350 plus shipping, or make me an offer.

Thanks,

Eric

Bump

$300 + shipping.

It's skimming like a beast, nice dry, thick, gross foam. Only the narstiest of the narsty.

$300 shipped

By the way, the skimmer cup is drilled and has a waste collector valve on it for easy hookup for vacation skimming, or if you just like to skim very wet and in large quantities.

200 shipped best i can do. Look on fleabay.

1) the one on fleabay is essentially the same one, but it's got 3 days left and won't end for less than $250

2) the one on fleabay doesn't have a pump or plumbing included.

Thanks for looking........ $300 shipped it stands, unless I get desperate...

What is the footprint of the skimmer and pump?

7 x 18 with external pump setup for outside of sump. For in-sump use, it would be 7x9 plus whatever room you would need for the pump. With the mag9.5, it's about 18 inches as well. I've actually got the pump and skimmer in different chambers of my sump, with the plumbing going over the top of the partition.

I dunno if i mentioned it before, but it will be shipped basically ready to run. No extra plumbing for in-sump, no hardware store runs, no nothing. It'll all be there, with me at the computer and phone to provide help/support setting it up.

I am interested in the Mag 9 pump alone if you separate it for sale.

Nah, not separating. I'm going to keep it all together until I can sell it as a whole, or not sell it at all. Thanks anyway.
