96 watt t-5 or 70 watt MH

it will be going into a 12 gallon jbj nano cube and the lights that it comes with i dont think will cut it. I want to have zoas and micromussas in a tank. Please tell me what you think

thanks

the stock lights that come with the cube are what? I see many people keep zoas in nanos with just the regular stock lights, not even the deluxe versions...so imo, you'd be fine with the stock lights on it. However i got no clue what micromussas are :)

Is it a regular NC12 or a NC12DX?

Check this site out... http://www.nanotuners.com/

NC12DX

and i have seen that page but those hoods are 300-400 dollars
I found something that will fit on a NC but for only 150 dollars. so that is where i am now i am chosing between T-5 Or 70 watt.

And the zoas i keep are rare morphs that will need light to keep thier colors

thanks

i've seen people keep sps in 12dx's before...imo the light is fine for only zoas. If you are really set on upgrading, then i'd say go for the t5, but only because the only 70mh that i know of is the viper, but i've just found out that those are crap.
