Alright so today i finally decided on making a move on my refugium,so i started off with the lighting.I thought of a AC adapter and one of those little cheap white chirstmas lights everyone uses on their tree with a strand of them.That didnt work to well.So i had a wires and bulbs and stuff laying around,I started rumminging around and found the perfect thing.It looks like a mini headlight lamp system for your car.So i cut it up and tested it out.I tried it with a 6v bulb instead of a 12v it worked but it blew in a matter of time though.I gotta buy a 12v bulb like it tomorow.Other than that it works great and bright,hey u could even probaly use it for a pico.Anyways i still havent found a way to mount it but i am working on a way to mount it right now.Ill post pics and more details tomorow.
P.S.If i get this light mod working i could probaly start selling some of theese lights.There clean and works like a charm.
