I don't know if it will work for your particular tank. But I've seen several mods using loc-line to direct the return flow. You can add a Y and then have two outputs that you can aim at anything in the tank.

one source for it is listed in the Reef Central sponsors page, here's a link

another source is Dr. foster and smith.

I don't know which might be cheaper. I'm sure there are other sources for it as well.

Hope that helps.

I don't know...but I would guess 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch.

You would have to measure the outlet diameter to know for sure. remember the measurement of the outside of the outlet is the Inside diameter you want for your plumbing. that is assuming you want to slip the new plumbing onto the existing outlet.

I had the same issue with mine. I tried a few different ways of splitting the stock output. All of them were to bulky. What i did was just buy anothe small Rio 190 pump. Added it right in the display on the left side. I found it way easy to hide and i added some nice new flow.

Rio 600 + hydor rotating deflectors work wonders on 12 gallon nanocubes! :) That way it is more random then just two outlets.

thanks for the ideas guys. hey dave will that reflector fit over the outflow if i take the existing end off of it? my nano is doing great i just have a spot with no flow and it is starting to show it.
