dwarf angels

I would like opinions on types o f dwarf angels recommende for a 29gallon tank

I dont have alot of experience with dwarf angels in such a small tank. About 3 years ago I had a flame angel in a 20-gallon reef that lived and ate like a pig for about 3 months and then died. The flame angel would always nip at my clam so beware of this possible activity. I currently have an eibli (probably mispelled) dwarf angel in my 90-gallon and it is awesome! Eats anything it is presented and is bold enough to live amongst two triggers. I dont know if I would try one simply because of their tendency to nip at corals and clams. Just my thoughts, hope it helps.:cool:

I don't think would try a Dwarf Angel in a tank your size. I've kept them in 55 gal and up without problems but they like lots of space. I've got a Coral Beauty in my 110 and he's all over the tank. I certainly wouldn't do it with clams.

i had a dwarf ( cherub) angel in my 20g long for about a year before i tore it down. He did great...ate everything he could ( not corals), and swam around happily. They need plenty of rock work, but alot of swimming space, and a nice long tank.

I have a CB in a 58 and so far so good... But just so you know... they can be coral nippers...

I just keep him well fed so he doesn't get ideas ;)

ive got a brazilian flameback in my 20 long.. same length as your 29 if its the standard AGA 29... so far so good.. first dwarf i found healthy and eating at the LFS so i snatched it up even with the hefty price tag.

I'd stick with either a cherub or a flameback in a tank that size. Both of them are fairly safe in reefs, depending on what you're keeping. I have a flameback in a 40g with lots of SPS and a couple of LPS... no problems at all.
