Anybody try these out yet. I'm wanting to order a pair of them to put in my 55.

I know they're not controllable, but I already have a closed loop on an oceans motion for random flow.

Thanks

I put one in my 75 to get rid of a deadspot and they are pretty neat pumps for $60

I have them too, I love them so far!!! They really make an amazing current in the tank. I had similar flow rated pumps in there before but these are just so much better.

first off, id love to take credit for starting possibly the wolds greatest thread:dance:

and also, for a 50, id probably do 2 of the 6045, or 6055, they move alto of water, bt not very far, my 6025 moves probably 20-24", but at that point its a solid wall of water

i have a 1500 gph closed loop on my 55 right now along with a 700 gph return and an extra powerhead, but I thought that 2 6025s would really round it out in the flow department.
