I am in the process of converting my 10-gallon SW tank into a reef tank to house soft corals and mushroom polyps. I have a
Single Single Satellite Compact Fluorescent Fixture by Current. Is this unit going to provide enough light? If so, which of the following bulbs is going to work best?
<p>
SunPaq Dual Actinic 420/460nm
SunPaq Dual Daylight 6700°K/10000°K
SmartPaq Daylight 10000°K/Actinic 460nm (This is the one that came with the unit but I will upgrade to one of the others if it is going to work better).
<p>
Thanks!!

For a 10 gallon tank you will want to have roughly 40 watts to keep soft corals and mushrooms. Since the aquarium is not very deep, a single power compact fluorescent should be fine. As for bulb type, you will want 10k and actinic 460nm bulbs, this will give you the right spectrum for marine corals.
