My wife got me an early Christmas gift yesterday. It was 2 - Seio M1500 powerheads and the Seio controller. I have a question for people that have the controller. What is the time interval that you are using between the high and low settings?? It goes from 15 seconds to 30 minutes between settings.

I don't have the seio but I used 4 minutes on my non-Seio.

ok, I know I have read not to put your corals directly in front of the powerheads but with these M1500 in a 48" 75 gal tank it is kind of hard not to have some of the corals not in front on one of the powerheads. They are pretty much pointed directly at each other on opposite ends of the tank. I tried putting them in the corners with them pointed to the opposite corner but it was creating a terrible sand storm. Will my corals be ok??

Make sure you don't have the Seios higher than 5 inches or so from the surface... or else it'll create a little vortex tornado that will suck up air and cause AIR BUBBLE snow storms in your tank.

I have my 2 1500s about 8 inches below the surface and adjacent from each side of the 100gal. I want to put my 2600 but I think that would be TOOO much flow..

Depends what corals you put infront of them.

No your corals will not be ok if they are directly in front of the Seios. To be on the safe side I would say that they would have to be at least a foot away.

Make sure the pumps are not aimed to the bottom of the tank.

Mine are leveled not to create that sand storm. Next year IŽll migrate to BB and point downwards will be not an issue anymore.

good luck
