PC pin config

ok so i my power compact lighting fixture is configured with straight pin (german) and i want to change it to the more common square pin because its so hard and expensive to find the straight pin bulbs

is it fairly easily possible to change from straight to square?

can i just rewire my current ballast (workhorse 5) to this?
