I saw DIY Bulkhead on Randy Stacye's (http://randystacye.com/images/dursostandpipe/DIYBulkheadFitting.jpg) site.

Is there any other DIY bulkhead ideas for standard size holes from the factory? Bulkhead size 3/4 “and 1” hole size 1 1/2" and 1 3/4".

Thank you.

Go to home depot and go to the electrical section and get the gray pvc fittings. They are thicker and work really good. Also just buy two rubber gaskets for each side and dont forget to use tape on the threads.

I like how you have your uv sterelizer setup, what brand is it? I have always seen them installed vertically.

I have been able to find flat gaskets at hardware stores. Most of the time flat gaskets are better than O rings. I don't know where (which isle) I found them (I forget), but when I find them I like to hang on to them.

If you begin to over tighten an O ring, the O ring can tend to pop out the side. I prefer a flat gasket when possible.
