Green Star Polyp won't open

I have 3 GSP Frags. Fraged abourt a yr ago. For some reason 2 of the frags wont open. 1 frag it has been week and the other is on day 2. Any suggestions? 29 gal, 150 wt MH. Just used ph buffer couple days ago? should i put it higher in tank for more light? More flow?

well do all the obvious things first...which would be testing the water. But green stars can stay closed for a LONG time and still live. I've had them go over a month without ever opening and all of the little holes where the polyps come out of fall off and it still grew back. 2 weeks is very common for these guys.
