Dead spots

I just realized that there are spots in my tank that I can't clean or the power heads can't get too (at the back of the tank behind the live rock). Is this a problem?

You're bound to have a few dead spots in you'r tank unless you're running a wavebox or have alot of flow. Just take a turkey baster and suck up what settles.
