Hi everyone,

I've been hunting around for a used (read: cheap :D ) 265 gal aquarium by Perfecto. Today on eBay, I found this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7751734078&fromMakeTrack=true

It's less than half the price of a "new" Perfecto 265, but what about the chip? Is that something to be worried about? It seems to be right next to the silicone seal, so couldn't I just fill the crack and the surrounding area with more silicone?

Thanks for any input... getting a tank this size for that cheap would be a sweet deal, but...

if it were me (bare with me) all I would be able to see when I looked at my tank is that CHIP.

That's just me. I a little obsessive compulsive.

It would worry me about the integrity of the tank.

For reptiles its ok, but do not put water in that. Their is a very good reason why its a factory second and chipped! Not for me.
