Last week the LFS gave a sick yellow tang. The fish I think had a fin rot cause part of it's dorsal fin was missing, and his color was really bad. Anyway, I have been treating it with Maracyn-two and I completed the 5 days treatment. The thing is that now the fish developed a red spot around it's head and part of his body (in the line just above the lateral line). Also the fin did not grow back.
My question is: Can I continual with the treatment or should I stop? The instructions does not say anything about after the 5 days.
Also what do you guys think about all this, is there something else I should do??? The fish is eating normally, but hiding alot.
