Algae Question????

I feel like I have to scrape algae off of my glass every day. Is this usual? I have a 25jbj nano cube, and the water parameters are fine. I do about a 20% water change a week. I leave my lighting on about 12 hours a day.Thanks

If this is new setup back way off on the light.A few hours at first move up gradually.
