Hello,

I bought some Lexan to use for my sump and the pieces were cut to be 10x12 to use for baffles and such, but the problem is that its too big, I need to cut off about a 1/4 of a inch. How can I do this? Sanding it will take forever? Any advice from someone had had similar problem? Thx in advance

Table saw is the best, you can also do with a jigsaw but the least is with the hacksaw if you have a high speed grinder with a coarse grits would also work.
