ID Please - Worm thing?

I'm fairly new to the hobby, sorry if this is a common ID. I think it's some sort of bristleworm, but that's just my best guess. I couldn't find any pest ID chart, does one exist?

What is this? Is it a pest? Should I take any actions?

The animal is a Eurythoe complanata, the worm is a highly beneficial scavenger. They are not predatory.
