Cleaner Shrimp with eggs...

I have a cleaner shrimp that is carrying eggs with her. Do I want to try to save all these baby shimp? I could isolate this shrimp and see if I can save all these eggs but would it be worth it? I have a strange feeling that my fish would make quick work of these shrimp if I did nothing. So if I try to save these how many would I end up with and what do I feed them?

Just trying to weigh the options... Please let me know what you think.

no expert, but I believe it's difficult to raise them from hatclings. From what I've seen on the forums most just leave the eggs and hatchlings to be food for the tank.
