Settnig up my new 180 with sump in basement, and looking at how I have to do my drains to the basement I'm having a problem using flex PVC it will not give me the bends I need that quick, and if I was to get the bends that quick I think it would put to much pressure on my bulkheads, possibly causing the tank to crack down the road.

I really don't want to use standard PVC but right now it is looking like I might have too. Both of my overflows are in the middle of a 6' tank. And the floor cold air return (that I'm using to get my pipes to the basement) is next to the edge of the stand and my tank is 37" high. Not enough room for the flex the way I need it to with out putting pressure on the bulk heads

Any thoughts?

I have 2 - 2" drains both centered.

If flex PVC isn't enough normal vinyl hose won't work well (kinks). Your best bet is to use rigid PVC elbows joining the flex PVC sections.

The simpler way is to get a drill and hole saw and have fun :)
