I have a 120 gallon with a 30 gallon sump. What kind of lighing would I need. right now I have a basic light off of a 24 gallon freshwater tank. I have about 20lbs of liverock and a handful of collupra in the ref.

would this light below be better or does it matter?

You dont need any sump lighting unless you have a refugium area. If so check this thread, cheap and easy

I use 3 15W normal output daylight fluorescents scavenged from an old freshwater planted setup. 1 didn't do much for me in caulpera growth.
