OK

So I know my lighting specs arent the best but in everyones proffessional opinion, what kind of corals and inverts can I keep sucsessfully with these lights??

Just wondering if I would have to upgrade before I get anything when my tank becomes stable.

The Nova extreme T-5's are great.
Those 4 bulbs on a 75 are probably all you'll need.

Cool.
Thanks... Ill have to reserch the corals a bit more.
Reading around I find the most complicated thing is feeding them. LOL

Many corals do not need feeding, but it can improve growth and color in some specimens. The only corals which are difficult to feed are non-photosynthetic species.

Hmmmmm...
I was under the impression that most LPS need feeding weekly....
Is that just to allow it to grow??

Most corals need food to survive. Whether you need to feed them directly or not depends on a lot of factors. I add coral food to all my tanks, and feed phytoplankton as well. For many reef tanks, though, leftover fish food, fish feces, and animals supported by the whole food chain seem to do well enough.

Most corals without photosynthetic symbionts seem to need direct hand-feeding in most tanks.
