I'm going with a <a href="http://www.esuweb.com/cardfile.asp?ItemNumber=53101&IDProductRelationship=36" target=_blank>Coralife 20" AquaLight Deluxe (96 watt 50/50 4-Tube)</a>.

From what I've read, we should be able to keep pretty much anything we want under that light.

The smallest T5HO lights won't fit on a 10g tank. A 10g is 20" long and the smallest aquarium grade T5HO bulb is 24" long.

The shortest t5 setups you are going to be able to find are 24". A typical 10g is going to be 20" long, so it will hang over. If you want to keep anything, shoot for around 75-100 watts, or more if you're doing clams or something. I have an 80w Orbit fixture (2x40w pc) over mine and am keeping an encrusting monti (actually growing). I think something like a 70w metal hallide along with a 32w pc actinic light would be a pretty good combo.

I'd shoot for 2 24" bulbs. 10g is pretty narrow and shallow and more wouldn't even fit.
