I have a pair of brand new, plastic bulkheads. They are made by Lifegard. I purchased these as a spare in case anything happened to my bulkheads, but I never used them.
These bulkheads fit All Glass Aquarium Mega Flow tanks, and probably many others. Both include rubber washers.
The 1" bulkhead fits a hole of 1-3/4". It is threaded inside & out on the bottom, and inside only on the top. The label says "1" ALL FPT".
The 3/4" bulkhead fits a hole of 1-7/16" or 1-1/2". It is threaded on the outside only on the bottom, and the inside only on the top. The label says "3/4" SLIP B.H.".
The pair sells for about $15 new at most online places. You can have them for $5 plus your cost to ship via USPS.
