Group meetings

So far we have the next two months setup. But we need to get a schedule up with a list of months and hosts and make it a sticky.

Furthermore I'd like to setup donations for the group meets as they are not cheap to host with all the food ($5 - $10 each). Or maybe everyone brings food along with them.
